Job Description Job Description Hello and welcome! The ideal candidate will assist the clinical staff by performing a variety of Front office-related tasks. Core Job Duties (but not limited to): Greet and check-in patients Ensure patient information is correct. Collect appropriate fees. Handle telephone calls regarding patient accounts. Provide information about available services provided by the clinic. Appointment setting Pre-op and Post- op follow up calls Ordering office supplies Qualifications: Experience: At least 3 years experience in the front office of a medical clinic. Preferred not required: Graduate of certified Medical Assistant program Knowledge of EMR System Experience with office procedures in a surgical center a plus Verbal and communication skills Requirements: Spanish Speaker: Highly Preferred, but not required Provide the highest quality of Customer Service Ability to be a team player If you meet the above requirements and looking for an exciting place of work.
