Then make it real.About the roleAs our Corporate Counsel, Intellectual Property Americas, you'll help protect and strengthen the LEGO brand's intellectual property portfolio across the Americas. You'll provide legal advice on trademark, copyright, patent, publicity rights, brand protection, and enforcement matters while supporting regional and global intellectual property strategies. Over time, you'll help strengthen enforcement programs, support closer alignment between regional and global strategies, and expand stakeholder education efforts. You'll work closely with the Americas Legal Team, the Global Intellectual Property Legal Team, business leadership, customs authorities, enforcement agencies, and external counsel to help shape meaningful brand protection outcomes.CompensationThe salary for this position has a range of $107,885.00 - $161,827.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
