Are you detail oriented and enjoy providing strong customer service? If so, we want to speak with you about our Private Market Rent Ssubsidy Specialist position.

As a PMRS Specialist for Creative Housing Inc., you will provide people a home by supporting the organization’s efforts to provide stable housing opportunities to as many persons as possible and promote positive public relations by providing optimum customer service to all stakeholders.

You will also:
• Review referral criteria provided to assist with identifying best rental option(s)
• Secure affordable rental housing options with private market landlords
• Complete annual housing quality inspections (HQ, Fire, Heating, Electric) processes
• Support continued and stable housing in the community
• Create and maintain consistent communication channels between both tenant, landlord, provider,
• Maintain timely and accurate database(s) and client files
• Provide support and reporting for company performance measurements.

Requirements:
• Associate degree or equivalent preferred; High School Diploma required.
• Working knowledge of leasing functions in residential property management.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Yardi or similar property management software proficiency required.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Typing: Minimum 36WPM
• Customer service-oriented with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Franklin County Residency.
