Techwise Integrated Security is seeking an organized, motivated, and proactive individual to serve as a Project Coordination Assistant. This role will work closely with the Project Coordinator and Project Manager to assist with project setup, documentation, communication, and closeout processes. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and eager to learn new skills, software, and processes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup of incoming projects, including gathering documents, setting up project management platforms for office and technician use, and verifying contact information.
• Review daily technician reports and update project tracking logs as directed.
• Take notes during weekly team meeting and distribute schedules to field technicians.
• Prepare and compile paperwork for project closeout.
• Support office and project management with various administrative duties as necessary.

Qualifications

• Strong computer literacy.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Excel, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Comfortable learning and using new software and workplace technology.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with office and field employees.
• Ability to adapt to evolving work processes.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in project coordination, administration, or related role
• Experience using project management software such as Monday.com
• Experience working in an office environment
