Key Responsibilities

• Generate new commercial business through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
• Analyze client exposures and recommend tailored insurance solutions
• Present proposals, negotiate coverage terms, and close new business opportunities
• Partner with internal account management teams to deliver a strong client experience
• Maintain pipeline activity and production tracking
• Stay current on carrier guidelines and industry regulations

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire Property & Casualty license
• 1+ years of commercial insurance sales experience
• Proven success developing, closing, and retaining business
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities
• Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented mindset
