Commercial Lines Account Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage and service a diverse book of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring exceptional client experience, strong retention, and seamless policy lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities Manage a book of commercial accounts, including renewals, endorsements, and day-to-day servicing Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing coverage questions, policy changes, and claims support Conduct coverage reviews and identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling Prepare and manage renewal timelines to ensure accuracy and timeliness Market accounts to carriers and obtain competitive quotes when needed Review proposals and present coverage options to clients in a clear, consultative manner Work closely with underwriters and carrier partners to negotiate terms and resolve issues Stay current on carrier appetite, market conditions, and product offerings Maintain accurate client records within the agency management system Process endorsements, certificates, audits, and policy documentation Ensure compliance with agency procedures and regulatory requirements Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance Active Property & Casualty license Strong understanding of commercial coverages Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a deadline-driven environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary + bonus potential Comprehensive Benefits Package 401(k) with match Paid time off and holidays Professional development and continuing education support JOB ID : 175836#post Kristan Caceres #J-18808-Ljbffr Nbutexas
