CNC Machinist II: Aerospace

Pall Corporation seeks a CNC Machinist II to set up and operate precision machining equipment for aerospace components. The role involves running CNC mills and lathes, performing quality inspections, interpreting technical drawings, and maintaining production standards at the New Port Richey facility. U.S. citizenship or legal permanent residency required due to export control restrictions.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes with tool selection and fixture configuration
- Read CNC programs, modify offsets, and adjust for tool wear to maintain quality
- Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools and CMMs
- Maintain production rates per standards while meeting quality and drawing specifications
- Perform secondary operations and identify process improvements for quality and productivity
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or trade school apprenticeship completion
- Minimum 4 years CNC setup experience
- Blueprint reading fluency or willingness to complete onsite training
- Ability to work frequent overtime as required
- Good eye-hand dexterity and physical capability for lifting up to 35 lbs
- U.S. citizenship or legal permanent resident status for export authorization
