Scan Center Team Member Location: 111 Town Square Place (111 Town Sq Pl, Jersey City, NJ) Hourly Rate: $18

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include document receiving, opening, sorting, preparation, scanning, mailing and archiving.

Responsibilities

Specific Responsibilities/Activities:

• Mailing print, insert and postmark letters for mailing
• Receiving mail ability to lift 25 lbs
• Preparation opening packages and letters
• Sorting capacity to determine client and form types, grouping them
• Scanning match, identify and scan forms into the proper form groups
• Archiving prepare the scanned documents for archive
• Some data entry, 20WPM or better

Qualifications

Qualifications/Work Experience:

• Willingness to work shifts
• Basic to Intermediate proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook; MS Access preferred
• Computer proficiency
• Able to logically identify document types and sort them
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and multi-task priorities

The posted range is the hiring range for this role a subset of the broader range available to employees over time and reflects base salary across our national hiring scale. Final offers are based on several factors, including the candidate's skills and experience, internal pay equity, work location, market conditions for the role, and the specific scope and responsibilities of the position. The top of the range is reserved for candidates who notably exceed the requirements; the lower end applies to those with less experience or fewer preferred qualifications. For positions based in higher-cost zones (e.g., California, New York, New Jersey), actual compensation may exceed the posted range; your recruiter will share specifics during the process.
