Infinite serves various markets including telecommunication, commercial, industrial, military, energy, MSO, and datacenters just to name a few./ppThe Channel Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing the distribution channel in the United States, with a specific focus on wholesale electrical distributors for brands within the Infinite Electronics portfolio specializing in power distribution and surge protection solutions. The primary goals will be customer development, margin improvement, and top line revenue growth./ppThe ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, an acute understanding of personal relationships and account management, and a background in the electronic component industry./ph3General Duties and Responsibilities:/h3ulliDevelop and own the wholesale electrical distribution network supporting all relevant Infinite brands/liliReview and harmonize the existing distribution network, emphasizing profitability and customer development across the U.S. wholesale electrical market/liliResponsible for meeting sales targets for the U.S. channel for all assigned Channel partners and brands/liliLead the development and execution of joined business plans and associated programs, driving the launch and customer uptake of new product offerings and expanding the available market share of existing product ranges/liliDirect and coordinate preparation of sales and business forecasts for the Distribution Channel, contributing to strategic and long-term growth plans/li/ulh3Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:/h3ulliExceptional communication skills; written, oral, and presentation./liliHighly collaborative work ethic./liliStrong business acumen across multiple disciplines: Sales, Marketing, Product Management./liliOperate effectively across multiple regions and business units/liliAbility to deal with shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and systematic problem-solving approach; effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment./li/ulh3Personal Traits and Characteristics:/h3ulliReliable, dependable, diligent, highly organized with good time management skills./liliTask oriented./liliAttention to detail./liliAble to work under pressure and deadlines./liliAbility to multi-task and prioritize./liliEffective communication skills./liliThe successful candidate shall exhibit a sense of ownership, urgency, be solution orientated, collaborative and accountable./li/ulh3Education and/or Experience:/h3ulli2+ years of relevant experience/liliBachelors degree preferred/liliExperience/knowledge in wholesale electrical distribution/li/ulh3Physical Job Requirements:/h3ulliProlonged periods in a stationary position at a desk and working on a computer./liliConstantly communicates with employees and leaders, both verbally and in writing./li/ulpReports To: Channel Sales Manager, AMER Channel Sales/ppWork Environment: Work environment is typically considered in an office environment located on-site, within an Infinite location during normal or extended business hours.
