Essential Responsibilities Must have prior mechanical experience such as automotive, power generation, heavy equipment or diesel engines. Perform preventive maintenance (oil change, valve adjustment, lube and check equipment). Experience using tools (diagnostic equipment, hand tools and power tools). Ability to read, interpret safety documents, schematics and other mechanical diagrams. Experience in troubleshooting and repair of an engine. Ability to work well as part of a team. Willingness to work in non‑climate‑controlled conditions. Ability to travel including overnight travel. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Positive attitude, strong work ethic and desire to succeed. Ability to communicate via telephone and email. Qualification Requirements Strong customer service mindset and strong skills to drive, support, empower and inspire the Service teams and Customers. 7+ years of experience in a technical role or extensive years of experience with issue resolution exposure within field service on engines (ideally INNIO Jenbacher engines). Technical attitude, complemented by strong business acumen including basic IT skills. Willingness to work in a shift model (depending) and on call. Experience working with electrical or mechanical systems. Fluency in English (must). Good interpersonal skills. Job Specific Knowledge Strong communication skills, experienced in customer communications. Boundaryless and multi‑culture working mindset and team player. Able to work efficiently without direct supervision. Preferred Multi‑working experience with Jenbacher gas engines in the field, operational & commissioning, all engine types. Jenbacher training certifications: FTB, FTA, CT1, CT2, MR6. Mechanical RCA research and analysis exposure.
