Job Summary:

Alpine Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated healthcare team. As a PRN LPN at our Xenia, OH location, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our patients while working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the patient, family, and healthcare team

• Communicate effectively with patients and families, as well as other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless care transitions

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote positive patient outcomes and optimize our care processes

• Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care, dignity, and respect for all individuals

Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Ohio

• 0 years of experience preferred

• Ability to maintain a professional, respectful, and empathetic demeanor in a fast-paced healthcare environment
