Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
Location: Holyoke, MA
Job Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive care to adult and geriatric oncology patients in an outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct patient assessments, physical examinations, and develop treatment plans.
Manage medications, monitor patient progress, and interpret diagnostic tests.
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care.
Collaborate with oncologists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Participate in the provider on-call rotation.
Active NP or PA-C credentials.
Current Massachusetts license or authorization to practice.
Relevant clinical experience as an NP or PA.
Strong clinical assessment and patient-management skills.
Adult and geriatric patient-care experience preferred .
4 weeks of vacation, 10 paid holidays, 10 sick days, and 2 personal days.
