We strive to set a higher standard of servicing the veterinary profession by focusing on our Power in Partnership model:Penn Vet is a Family-Owned Business that values our PEOPLE and yours.Our team is dedicated to providing SOLUTIONS for the veterinarians and entire staff at independent, privately held veterinary hospitals.We aim to be a true business partner that strives to consistently exceed your SERVICE expectations.We select partners who advocate for the importance of the veterinarian's recommendation of PRODUCTS that provide quality, savings, and value.Penn Vet was founded in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, and has since grown to open branches in Michigan, Florida, and North Carolina.A Credit Coordinator processes, maintains, and distributes credit information as appropriate while providing our customers with the best service done the Penn Vet way.One (1) full-time position is available: Candidates must be available to work a hybrid schedule Monday through Wednesday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, Thursday, 9:30am to 6:30pm and Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.Key Responsibilities:Set up and maintain customer accounts.Post payments, process customer credits and returns.Work to keep customer accounts current – contact customers via email and phone.Respond to and answer customer questions providing excellent customer servicePerform other tasks as requested by the Account Receivable Supervisor, Account Receivable and Accounts Payable Manager or Company President.Qualifications:High School Diploma.3-5 years bookkeeping experience, accounts receivable experience preferred.Customer service driven and focused.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting daily and monthly goals.Ability to organize one's own activities and manage multiple priorities independently while also working as an active member on a team.Strong attention to detail, well organized.Proficient in the use of computers and Microsoft OfficeExperience with a multi-line telephone system preferredBenefits:Health, Dental & Vision insurance401(k)Life & Disability insuranceEmployee discounts on pet suppliesGenerous paid time off including holiday pay, volunteer day, and floating holiday.Penn Veterinary Supply is a drug-free workplace.
