CDL-A Company Driver Team Dry Van Regional Job Opportunity
CDL-A Team Drivers | Dedicated Floral Freight | Sewell, NJ
Join a dedicated, high-mileage team operation hauling time-sensitive freight between the Northeast and South Florida. This is a consistent lane with predictable scheduling, strong weekly earnings, and reliable freight.
Average Weekly Earnings
$2,200–$2,300 per driver
$0.87 CPM split
$30 per stop split
$75 per stop for driver-assist deliveries
Average 4,600–4,800 miles per week
Typically 6–8 stops per week
Typical Weekly Schedule
Tuesday
Depart Sewell, NJ empty
Pick up in Laurel, MD
Deliver to West Palm Beach, FL
Wednesday
Deadhead to Miami, FL
Pick up floral load between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM
Head back to Sewell, NJ
Thursday
Deliver in Sewell, NJ (typically Thursday morning)
Enjoy the remainder of the day off
Friday
Depart Sewell, NJ
Pick up in King George, VA
Deliver to the Miami area
Some loads may include multiple stops and driver-assist unloading/loading
Saturday–Sunday
Pick up floral freight in Miami as soon as available
Return to Sewell, NJ
Arrive early Sunday morning to begin weekly reset
Then repeat the schedule each week.
