Job Description
ICU RN

Schedule

12 hour day or night shifts, 72 hours every two weeks.

Assignment Details

9 bed ICU with a nurse to patient ratio of 2:1, unless 1:1 care is indicated. May overflow to Med/Surg with a potential increase to 3-4 patients per nurse.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in an ICU setting
Current ACLS certification
Current BLS/BCLS certification
Current PALS certification
Pediatric experience required

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to adult and stable pediatric patients.
Monitor and assess patient conditions and responses to treatments.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
Assist with overflow patient management as needed.

Compliance / Notes

Holiday coverage required. Additional $2.00 per hour for charge nurse duties if assigned.
