Job Overview Come join our Reyes Fleet team at our Reyes Coca Cola Bottling facility in New Hudson, MI. Seeking a Fleet Diesel Mechanic B to help with repairs and maintenance on trailer/tractor equipment at our fleet shop. Shift Full‑Time Monday‑Friday 3rd Shift 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM Pay $32.60/HR to start CDL Incentive Pay – Receive an additional $1.00 on hourly rate with active CDL A Perks and Benefits WEEKLY pay!!! ASE certification incentive pay – Receive 0.25 for every T Series ASE active certification (up to $2.00 additional pay) Paid Time off and holiday pay Career advancement opportunities after 6 months of employment Health, dental, and vision coverage Reyes Rewards and referral bonuses Union Benefits Position Responsibilities Accurately inspect, repair, and complete routine preventative maintenance of fleet equipment, including standard component inspections and repairs. Complete necessary documentation for repairs and maintenance while maintaining accurate records of work performed, parts used, and repairs/inspections completed through the online AssetWorks system. Learn and assist diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems using diagnostic tools and technical manuals. Adhere to all company, local, state, and federal policies and regulations including DOT, OSHA, and Reyes Fleet Management standards, while ensuring compliance with safety programs, correct selection and use of appropriate tools, PPE, machine guarding, and established best safety practices. Drive Reyes Family of Businesses, Reyes Fleet Management and customer vehicles; maintain a current driver qualification file as required by DOT regulations. Other projects or duties as assigned. Required Education and Experience High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 2+ years of related experience. Must be at least 18 years old. Must possess own tools. Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations to operate applicable company vehicles. Ability to frequently lift, push, and/or pull weights in excess of 50 pounds and occasionally lift, push, and/or pull weights in excess of 100 pounds.
