Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Draper, UT, for a Staff Pharmacist. The Staff Pharmacist will be responsible for: Accurately reviewing and dispensing prescription medications. Ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards in 45 states. Conduct prospective drug utilization reviews and collaborate with the compliance and customer service teams to address patient medication questions and ensure safe, appropriate therapy. Assist in overseeing and maintaining a robust pharmaceutical inventory to ensure accurate stock levels, proper storage, and continuous medication availability. Participate in weekly meetings with the Jase clinical team to review new initiatives, provide clinical oversight, and support ongoing patient safety and quality improvement efforts. Maintain accurate documentation while staying up to date with current medical and pharmaceutical advancements to support safe and effective patient care. Prescription transfer coordination with partner pharmacies. Collaborate with other staff pharmacist to ensure all production relative to new business lines undergoes a thorough quality assurance check. Collaborate with other members of the pharmacy team to maintain customer satisfaction and delivery time. Qualifications Active, unencumbered pharmacist license in Utah (multi‑state licensure or willingness to obtain preferred). Proficiency in medication preparation, dispensing, and virtual counseling. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, safety protocols, and compliance standards. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare team members. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage pharmaceutical inventory. Proficiency in using pharmacy management software and staying up‑to‑date with industry advancements. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree or equivalent qualification is required. Proficiency in remote compliance management systems and digital documentation review.
