ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I was an award-winning pharmaceutical sales representative and sales trainer. I later started my own company, where I specialized in teaching effective communication skills and DISC personality training. Those experiences shaped my passion for helping people grow, communicate effectively, and reach their full potential.

Community involvement is a big part of our agency. We love partnering with neighboring businesses, participating in local events, and creating "Good Neighbor" opportunities that help strengthen our community and build meaningful relationships.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Malinda Mims - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
