Jr Marketing Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Data Analyst to join our clients team and play a key role in driving marketing performance and efficiency. In this role, you will leverage data from multiple platforms to generate insights, support strategic decision-making, and optimize campaign effectiveness. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn complex information into clear, actionable recommendations. Key Responsibilities Pull, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support performance reporting and campaign analysis across new and existing initiatives, including: Global reporting Partner with cross-functional marketing teams to deliver data-driven insights and compelling storytelling. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through thorough quality assurance processes. Document data processes, methodologies, and findings to enable knowledge sharing and scalability. Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting tools to monitor KPIs and business trends. Education Bachelor’s degree required (Analytics, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred). Related Experience 2–4 years of experience in marketing data analysis or a related analytical role. Automotive industry experience is a plus. Agency and/or vendor-side experience is a plus. Skills & Knowledge Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Tableau and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail, especially under tight deadlines. Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally across departments and external partners. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
