Job Duties:

• Inspecting & verifying the dish machine is working properly with correct chemicals on a daily basis
• Scraping food from dirty dishes and place them in dish racks; washes all utensils, glassware, dishes, pots, pans and other cooking equipment by hand.
• Sorting and removing trash and garbage
• Sorting and restocking clean, glassware, utensils and dishware.
• Changing dish machine chemicals or water frequently.
• Washing/moping a variety of work areas (i.e. tables, walls, refrigerator, floors etc.) daily.
• Working closely and communicating with HOH & FOF, in a constant high pace doing a variety of tasks.

Requirements:

• Weekend Availability
• 18+ please. Must be 18 years old to be hired.
• Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 or more pounds.
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours or more).
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• 100% Stand for long periods of time.
• 75% Bend, stoop, lift and reach.
• 75% Lift and carry racks of up to 50 pounds, up to 80 times per shift; reaching and
• placing items on high shelves.
• 75% Use chemicals and cleaning materials according to safety regulations.
• 20% Flexible in performing other related tasks designated from manager.

ESSENTIAL TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: Successful completion of hourly position validations, including reading training materials and watching videos.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 18 years old to operate mandated equipment and meet any other state qualifications.
