• Pay: Annual earning potential of $60,000 to $90,000 based on performance
• Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reports to: Sales Manager
• Onsite in Johnston, Iowa

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and learn what they are looking for in their next vehicle
• Present new and pre-owned vehicle options based on customer needs
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Follow up with leads, appointments, and previous customers
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity in the CRM
• Stay current on inventory, vehicle features, pricing, and manufacturer programs
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation through delivery
• Partner with Sales Managers and Finance to create a smooth customer experience

What You'll Bring

• Sales, retail, hospitality, restaurant, customer service, or automotive experience
• Confidence speaking with customers and guiding sales conversations
• Experience building relationships and following up with prospective customers
• Comfort learning vehicle features, inventory, pricing, and dealership processes
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
