Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Cerner experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No previous experience allowed for Staff at Facility: Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Northern Light.

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: - Roles requiring state licensure only: license should not expire within 45 days following start date.

Special Requests: - Housing in ME becomes more expensive in the summer months, beginning in May. Be sure to confirm you are comfortable with housing options before applying. - Only 1 active application is allowed for the same position (same unit and shift at the same facility). Example: if you apply for day shift, you may also apply for night shift on the same unit and facility, but you cannot apply for another day-shift position on the same unit and facility. - Travel pairs: if you are in a relationship, EMMC will not schedule you on the same days. If you are not in a relationship, you can be scheduled for the same days if not on the same shift/unit. Managers will not guarantee the same schedule for travel pairs.

Unit Details: - Adult-only inpatient and outpatient population. - Structural heart studies, primarily cardiac echos including TEE and stress tests. - Uses Phillips equipment.

Shift & Scheduling: - Variable day schedule, 40 hours per week, with 8- or 10-hour shifts. - Weekend coverage required; weekend rotation is done in rotation with other staff. - Call rotation is typically 1 night per week. - Holiday expectations are considered part of the weekend/call rotation.

Floating Requirements: - Floating within EMMC only.

14 days maximum time off

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
