Position Details Start Date: August 2026 (2026–2027 school year) Schedule: Full-time (30 hours/week) Grade Levels: K–12, multiple school locations Credentials: CA PT License Required, Previous School Experience Required Compensation: Starting at $47/hour (commensurate with experience) Location: Santee, CA - Onsite Only What We Offer A supportive, mission-driven team environment Flexibility with remote or on-site placements Opportunities for professional growth Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (eligible) state licensure (and/or licensed in the state in which you live) Passion for working with students in educational settings School-based experience required Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations of students' mobility, strength, balance, and coordination. Develop personalized treatment plans and goals tailored to students' specific needs and abilities. Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve students' motor skills, range of motion, and functional independence. Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions as well as group therapy sessions as appropriate. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to integrate therapy goals into students' educational plans. Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant information accurately and in a timely manner. Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and provide input regarding students' physical therapy needs.
