Position Details

• Location: San Antonio, TX
• Unit: Physical Therapy
• Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Length of Assignment: 13 weeks
• Weekend Shifts: 2 per month
• Call Requirements: To be discussed during interview
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Special Skills and Experience Required

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inpatient rehabilitation or hospital settings

Preferred Skills and Certifications

• 2-3 years of experience in rehabilitation or acute hospital settings
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• NDT or brain injury certifications
• Active OT License (no temporary licenses allowed)

Unit Specifics

The position requires a start time no later than 8:00 AM and mandates working two weekend shifts per month, with corresponding days off during the week.

• Scrub Color: Sage green/olive scrub top, black scrub pants, sage green scrub jacket; white or black undershirts only
• Nail Policy: Must be clean and healthy
• Hair: Neat and clean, with no extreme styles or colors
• Facial Hair: Beards, mustaches, and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed
• Tattoos: Body art should be covered whenever possible; those that cannot be covered will be addressed individually
• Piercings: Visible piercings, other than earrings, are prohibited

Unit Guidelines and Policies

• Start time is no later than 8:00 AM
• Floating assignments may be required as needed
• Attendance Policies are enforced
