Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is seeking a passionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team on a PRN basis, supporting our senior communities in Pigeon Falls and surrounding areas. What You'll Do:

• Assist Physical Therapists in providing individualized care to residents across multiple senior communities
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and independence
• Support residents with functional activities, exercises, and daily living skills
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to PTs
• Collaborate with staff, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Wisconsin
• Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for improving lives
