Project Manager (Project Lead) - Residential Construction:

• Salary: $75,000–$100,000 per year, based on experience.
  Job Type: Full-time.
  Schedule: Monday–Friday.
  Location: Greenville, SC area.
  Work Setting: Office and residential job sites.

Ferguson Builders is looking for an experienced Project Manager - Residential Construction to lead residential remodeling projects from planning through completion.

You'll oversee multiple projects across the Upstate, coordinating people, materials, schedules, budgets, and quality while keeping clients informed and projects moving forward.

What You'll Do:

• Manage residential remodeling projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate project schedules, materials, permits, staffing, and trade partners.
• Keep projects on schedule and maintain Ferguson Builders' quality standards.
• Monitor project budgets and help control costs.
• Identify and resolve job-site issues before they impact the project.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, team members, and trade partners.
• Lead project meetings and establish weekly and monthly goals.
• Assign priorities and work to team members and trade partners.
• Maintain accurate daily project logs and documentation.
• Improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing teams in residential construction or production management.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Strong project scheduling, organization, and time-management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Comfortable using project-management software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and deadline-focused.
• High integrity and attention to detail.
• Commitment to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
• 5+ years of hands-on residential construction experience preferred.
