Sales manager

Randstad is hiring an experienced Sales Manager for a medical distribution company that is based out of Bedford, NH. This company is owned by a large manufacturing company in China. This role will have two direct reports and will be tasked with hiring 2 additional outside sales reps. If you have prior experience as a sales manager and are up for a challenge, this could be the right position for you! Location - Hybrid role (company would love it if someone can be local to Bedford, NH) But role could be fully remote for the right candidate. Up to 40% domestic travel is required - (could be 2- 5 days at a time) Hours - Monday through Thursday from 8:30am - 5:00pm; Friday from 8:30am - 2:00pm. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Sales Execution & Strategy

• Drive the full sales cycle from initial prospecting, qualifying, and negotiating to closing B2B accounts

• Actively conduct outside sales outreach to establish new client relationships and grow market share

• Develop tailored pitch strategies to address client pain points and demonstrate product value

• Direct-manage an initial team of 2 sales representatives(inside sales employee and part time sales employee), offering mentorship, performance coaching, and daily support

• Strategically scale the sales department by recruiting, hiring, and onboarding at least 2 additional sales reps

• Foster a collaborative, positive team culture aligned with company values

Qualifications & Requirements:

•Proven track record in B2B sales management and full sales cycle execution

• Industry Background: Open to backgrounds across B2B sectors; medical manufacturing experience is not required

• Outside Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and outside sales strategies

• Culture & Mindset: Collaborative attitude, good interpersonal skills, and a desire to contribute positively to a close-knit team environment

• Growth Readiness: Ambitious professional seeking career advancement

Must be able to travel up to 40% (All domestic travel including 2 Sales meetings a year. - Could be 2-5 days at one time - expenses paid for by the company)
