Job Summary

The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for optimizing production operations for wafer test and logistics. Major responsibilities include capacity planning, wafer logistics and Inventory management, Test Floor planning, KPI setup and review, optimization of logistics systems and software, and improving efficiency throughout the Operations organization.


Responsibilities:

• Capacity and Cost model for Operations, both current and future product planning
• Test and optimize logistics software, such as Oracle and ERP systems, in partnership with Planning, Finance, and Vendors
• Establish standard process methodologies and tools to enable efficient workflows. Create and improve necessary documentation
• Improve shipping and receiving of materials to domestic and international locations
• Inventory management at Santa Clara site
• Own and analyze manufacturing KPIs (cycle time, WIP, utilization, OTD) to drive operational improvements
• Perform bottleneck and what if capacity analysis to support product mix changes and ramps
• Develop dashboards and recurring reports for wafer operations and logistics performance

Qualifications & Requirements (Education must be included):

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Industrial Engineering or similar field
• Familiarity with Semiconductor supply chain and manufacturing
• Knowledge of smart manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and/or Lean Manufacturing.
• SQL for data extraction and analysis from MES / ERP systems
• Experience with MES / manufacturing databases and data visualization tools
• Expert in Planning Software tools such as Monday, Access
• Expert in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and computer tasks required.
• Computer programming skills are a plus, especially Python and C++ scripting
• Must have good planning skills and be able to work independently without supervision.

Compensation Range:

The annual base salary range for this role is $93,500.00 - 128,590.00. The final offer is determined by factors such as location, experience, education, and training.

In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a quarterly bonus tied to the achievement of innovation goals-reflecting our commitment to recognizing meaningful impact. We also offer equity grants, providing a meaningful opportunity to share in the company's future growth and success.
