Service Technician - Commercial HVAC| $35.00 - $50.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs Work Hours: 7:00am to 3:00pm | Monday through Friday | occasional overtime Job Duties: Providing service, maintenance, repair and installation of Commercial and Residential HVAC Systems Retrofit / Changeout Installation Communicate clearly, ideas and explanations of problems to customers and coworkers Educating customers on the benefits of preventative maintenance and Indoor Air Quality products and Services Furnace, AC, heat pumps, split systems, RTU's, walk-in and reach-in coolers, Freezers, chillers, make up air units etc. Duct work as needed Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Operate scissors and genie lifts in safe manner We install Trane and Bryant equipment Comfor Temp Heating and Air Conditioning | Willowbrook, IL We’re Comfort's best friend. Qualifications / Skills: 3 + years of HVAC commercial & Residential service experience Annual maintenance experience Refrigeration experience - Desired EPA Universal Certification Experienced at troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance for wide range of commercial and Residential HVAC equipment Customer Service - communicate clearly, ideas and explanations of problems to commercial customers and coworkers Familiar with air balancing principles and techniques Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
