Street Outreach Advocate Homeless & HIV Services
Colonial Group
Bay Cove Human Services seeks an Outreach Advocate to build relationships with people experiencing homelessness, substance use issues, or HIV risk in Cambridge and surrounding towns. You will engage clients where they are, connect them to detox, housing, clinics, and other services, and perform brief counseling and case management as needed. As the face of the agency, you will collaborate with area hospitals, police, and community partners while maintaining professional standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
