Vi söker en Customs Process Administrator till vårt kontor i Eda Vi söker en tillfällig handläggare, Customs Process Administrator, till vårt kontor i Eda för ett vikariat som sträcker sig till 31/3-27. Då vi sätter kunden i fokus ställer vi höga krav på serviceförmåga, förmåga att arbeta i grupp och viljan att ta ansvar. Du bör även klara av ett högt arbetstempo samtidigt som du skall vara noggrann, ha hög arbetskapacitet, hög serviceförmåga och att kunna jobba självständigt och i team. Arbetet består av att upprätta tullhandlingar för olika kunders räkning under våra öppettider söndag 12.00 – fredag 23.00 (dygnet runt) lördag 09.00-17.00. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter blir att: Administrera tulldeklarationer Tolka regelverk Klassificera varor Ha en god dialog med kunder, Tullverket och andra myndigheter Vi söker dig som har: Erfarenhet från branschen eller annan arbetslivserfarenhet samt avslutad gymnasieutbildning Positiv inställning och förmåga att skapa goda kundrelationer Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift Hög servicekänsla och är lösningsorienterad Lätt för att jobba i team, men också med god förmåga att jobba självständigt Vi erbjuder ett utvecklande och stimulerade arbete med möjlighet till att bidra i företagets starka utveckling.
