Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements. Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases. Requirements Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Create relationships from a cold start. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Prior Sales Experience. Must be highly self-motivated. A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred. Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred. Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
