Location: Faribault, MN - In-Office Your Responsibilities Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals. Administers Human Resources transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting. Trains management in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment. Provides recommendations regarding resolution of employee relations issues. Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs. Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization. Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization. Maintains Affirmitive Action Plan and ensures compliance with OFCCP regulations. Conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations. Your Qualifications BachelorsDegree In Human Resources orrelated 6-8 years of experience in a Human Resources Management role 4+ years of people leadership Professional in Human Resources (preferred) Your Benefits Daikin Applied offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: Multiple medical insurance plan options + dental and vision insurance 401K retirement plan with employer match Paid time off and company paid holidays Paid sick time in accordance with the federal, state and local law Tuition Reimbursement after 6 months of continuous service Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $148,000 + 10% Bonus Incentive Plan in MN. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
