Data Privacy Analyst

Help strengthen the privacy safeguards used in training next-generation AI systems by reviewing transformed datasets for sensitive information. This remote contract role focuses on careful validation of personally identifiable information, or PII, and clear documentation of findings. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct spot checks of transformed datasets to confirm that PII has been correctly redacted or anonymized.
• Perform detailed document reviews to verify consistent adherence to data privacy standards.
• Identify missed or improperly handled sensitive information and provide clear, actionable feedback.
• Document and report discrepancies and observations using provided tools and templates.
• Apply data privacy expertise to provide high-quality, real-world input that helps AI systems learn, reason, and perform.

• Strong background in contract review, quality assurance, eDiscovery, or compliance processes.
• In-depth knowledge of PII and data privacy regulations.
• Experience as a Paralegal, eDiscovery Specialist, Privacy Analyst, Information Governance Specialist, Compliance Manager, or Legal Document Review Lead is preferred.
• Experience with legal document review, litigation support, or managed legal services.
• Proven ability to work with sensitive data in high-stakes environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical judgment, and accuracy under pressure.

• $31 to $60 per hour.
