Join our specialty clinic as a Medical Assistant, where you will support clinical and administrative functions under the direction of the Nurse Manager. This role involves patient interaction, data management, and occasional travel between multiple sites to ensure smooth clinic operations and quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
• Measure and record vital signs accurately
• Schedule patient appointments efficiently
• Collect specimens for testing following clinical protocols
• Provide administrative support, including managing records and documentation
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members
• Travel occasionally between clinic sites as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical assisting

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Strong patient communication skills
• Effective time management abilities
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements
• Experience with clinical procedures
