Interested candidates please email updated resume to View email address on click.appcast.io Recruiter -Manufacturing Client: Whirlpool Loc: Clyde, Perrysburg Dur: 1 year Title: Recruiter The Recruiter provides essential support to the Talent Acquisition team by identifying qualified candidates and coordinating the end-to-end hiring process within a manufacturing environment. This role ensures a professional candidate experience through clear communication and efficient administrative management of recruiting activities. Key Responsibilities: Screen resumes and applications based on specific guidelines to identify qualified candidates. Coordinate interviews, drug screens, and hiring process communications. Schedule candidates for New Hire orientation using a standardized, scripted process. Maintain accurate records of all recruiting activities and candidate data. Engage in sourcing and screening activities, balancing time effectively between direct candidate interaction (75%) and sourcing/administration (25%). Perform other related duties as assigned to support the talent acquisition function. Required Qualifications: Previous Talent Acquisition experience within a manufacturing plant environment is required. Minimum of 6 months experience in a manufacturing talent acquisition role; 1 year preferred. Proficiency in Google Workspace tools is preferred. Experience with job boards and recruiting software. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills. Strong ability to multitask and remain target-driven High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred. Bachelor's degree required for conversion to full-time employment (FTE). 1 year of Recruiting or HR experience or recent BA/BS graduate with internship experience. Location: On-site in Perrysburg, OH, with the ability to support all manufacturing locations remotely from the Perrsyburg facility as needed. Working Hours & Schedule: Standard hours are 8:00 am – 4:00 pm with some flexibility. Overtime may be required based on business needs. Rare Saturday attendance for job fairs may occur. Interview Process On-site interview at Clyde Manufacturing for shortlisted candidates, including a facility tour (approx. 1 hour) with 2-3 interviewers.
