Vice President of Sales About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead the commercial strategy for its steel pipe and tube manufacturing division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, customer satisfaction, and long-term profitability. This executive leadership role involves overseeing all sales operations, business development, account management, product management, and strategic partnerships, with a strong focus on aligning these activities with the division's business objectives. The role requires a strategic, customer-focused leader with a proven track record in sales, particularly within the construction, mining, agriculture, general industrial, or related markets. Experience in the steel industry is preferred. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the commercial organization. Execute the business unit's commercial strategy. Manage a robust opportunity pipeline. Create and manage product management strategies. Oversee customer incentive programs. Provide accurate sales forecasts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or related field. At least 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience. Strong understanding of forecasting, market analysis, and commercial strategy. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to travel up to 50% across the United States and Canada.
