Job Description
Are you an experienced warehouse professional with strong leadership skills? We are looking for a Warehouse Shift Supervisor to support daily operations, guide warehouse associates, and help maintain a safe and productive work environment.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a busy distribution warehouse. The work environment is fast-paced, team-oriented, and focused on safety, quality, productivity, and customer service.

$28.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Job Duties:
As a Warehouse Shift Supervisor, you will:
- Coordinate daily check-in and check-out activities for warehouse associates and ensure required PPE is worn.
- Coach and train associates on production expectations, safety procedures, and proper work practices.
- Partner with warehouse management to coordinate workflow and support productivity, quality, and customer service goals.
- Prepare daily metric reports and assist with warehouse audits, safety reports, and near-miss documentation.
- Perform warehouse duties as needed
- Coordinate scheduling to ensure staffing completes required workload
Requirements:
To be considered for this Warehouse Shift Supervisor position, you must have:
- Forklift operating experience
- Previous warehouse experience
- Previous lead, training, or warehouse coordination experience
- Basic computer skills, including email and report preparation
- Strong communication, organization, and scheduling skills
