Program Manager

Role Overview The Program Manager oversees the success of strategic client partnerships, managing daily operations across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Own operational performance and serve as the primary contact for client needs. Coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews and analyze key metrics to identify trends and growth opportunities. Support upsell initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations. Manage hiring, training, and oversight of onsite support staff to ensure performance standards. Develop scalable processes, monitor financial health, and resolve issues promptly. Qualifications & Skills 4–6 years in account management, operations, or multi-location support, preferably in service or hospitality environments. Proactive relationship builder with strong data analysis skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing multiple priorities. Leadership experience in hiring, training, and team management. Excellent communicator, collaborator, and proficient in Excel and internal tools. The role involves on-site presence, strategic oversight, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven decision-making to ensure client satisfaction and account growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
