Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated production workers for our operations in Biddeford, Maine. This position offers a temp-to-perm opportunity with excellent benefits. The role involves general production and assembly of products tailored for the aerospace industry. Candidates should be comfortable working in a social setting, performing repetitive and detailed work, and standing on their feet for 8-10 hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Perform general production and assembly tasks for aerospace.

Work Environment

Work in a large, bright, and open space alongside a team of up to 80 people, typically in groups of 2-3. The environment is social with music playing and frequent stretch breaks. Shift options include Monday-Friday and various Monday-Thursday schedules with flexible hours.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Biddeford, ME.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
