About Us
We’re a well-established property management company celebrating 40 years of excellence. We’re looking for a professional, service-oriented Lead Concierge to oversee our concierge team at a luxury residential building in Boston.

Position Details

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay Range: $24–$26/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

Lead, train, and motivate the concierge team to deliver five-star service
Coordinate team schedules, approve timecards, and ensure proper coverage
Greet residents and guests with professionalism and warmth
Manage incoming packages and deliveries using concierge software (Yardi preferred)
Oversee vendor access and property security protocols
Maintain clear communication with property management and residents
Step in for coverage as needed and assist with emergencies or special events

What You Bring

Prior concierge and supervisory experience required (luxury or residential preferred)
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to walk or stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Calm, professional demeanor in high-pressure situations
Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused attitude
