Technical Lab Support Specialist (Contract-to-Hire)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team in a contract-to-hire capacity. Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to engineering and scientific teams across a variety of projects and initiatives
• Assist with technical tasks, testing activities, evaluations, and documentation
• Support investigations into technical issues or events to help identify root causes and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare and maintain technical reports, records, and supporting documentation
• Follow established procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and technical objectives
• Participate in process improvements and continuous learning opportunities
• Maintain organized records and communicate updates clearly to internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• Associate degree, technical certification, trade school background, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree is not required
• Strong mechanical, technical, or troubleshooting aptitude
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new systems and tools
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently on routine tasks while collaborating within a team environment
