• Coordinating care with physicians, therapists, case managers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Care for diverse adult patients with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions, including:
  • Pre- and post-operative care
  • Respiratory illnesses
  • Infections
  • Cardiac conditions
  • Diabetes management
  • Gastrointestinal disorders
  • Orthopedic procedures
