Job Title: Title Clerk

Hours: M-F 9a-6p, OT is optional, 1 hour break and 2 15 minute breaks

Dress attire: smart casual (no jeans) with comfortable shoes

Must haves:

• Must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high volume environment
• Must be a fast-learner and type quickly, and be a driven, dedicated, hard working employee
• Must be accepting of constructive criticism and must have a great personality and can work in a close team environment and work independently too

Job description:

• Candidate will handle approximately 250+ titles per day for vehicles that are sold online. You will start learning the job by matching titles with the bill of sale, putting into an alphabetic sorter by dealer name and then alphabetizing the titles. Once the computer is established, the Title Clerk will learn how to receive the titles into the system, stamp and assign titles, and then ship the titles. 

Interview details: 3 rounds = one virtual interview with me (Reya), phone call interview with Manager (Cynthia), final round onsite interview with Hiring Manager.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carmel, IN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
