Family Medicine Physician- Bilingual Spanish
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Flushing, and Staten Island, New York
Salary: $280,000 – $320,000 annually (DOE)***

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Spanish/English Bilingual Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. The physician will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to serve a diverse patient population across multiple New York locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across all age groups.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and follow-up care.
• Provide preventive care, health education, and wellness counseling.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate referrals and continuity of care as needed.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all applicable healthcare regulations.
  

Qualifications:

• Active New York State MD or DO license.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine preferred.
• Strong outpatient clinical experience preferred.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative healthcare environment.
