End Date/Duration: Permanent position

Shift: Flexible (8, 10, 12, 16, or 24-hour shifts)

Hours/week: Varies based on shifts

Employment Type: Full-Time

License/Certs: Active Michigan RN License, ACLS, BLS, NBCRNA certification required

Experience: No lapsed or new graduate candidates; preferred at least 1 year of anesthesia experience

Pay & Benefits

Pay rate: Hourly rate at $1.00 (discussed upon application)

What You'll Do

• Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics for procedures across multiple specialties
• Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments for diverse patient populations
• Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans
• Monitor patients intraoperatively, adjusting anesthetic levels as needed
• Provide post-anesthesia evaluation and follow-up care
• Manage airway services throughout the hospital as required
• Collaborate with surgical teams, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Conduct inpatient anesthesia coverage and travel to multiple clinics as needed
• Participate in on-call and weekend rotations

What You Need

• Active Michigan RN license with ACLS, BLS, and NBCRNA certifications
• Minimum 1 year of anesthesia experience (no lapsed certifications or new graduates)
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Open to H1B and J1 visa candidates
