Responsibilities Join our travel Physical Therapist team in Lake Zurich, IL, working in an outpatient setting where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Qualifications Bachelor's, Master\'s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Illinois state PT license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with standard outpatient modalities and therapeutic exercise programs preferred. Preferred Qualifications Previous travel or contract PT experience preferred. Experience with electronic medical records systems preferred.
