Orthodontic Lab Office Manager / Admin (Part‑Time, In‑Person) Schedule: Monday–Thursday (hours flexible, e.g., 9 AM–3 PM) Location: Bay Area, CA Position Type: Part‑Time, In‑Person We are an established orthodontic lab seeking a highly organized, reliable, and friendly Office Manager/Admin to support our daily operations. This role blends administrative work, customer communication, and hands‑on coordination of lab cases. Key Responsibilities Invoicing & Case Management Create and send invoices for lab orders Track incoming and outgoing cases Organize completed cases daily for delivery or pickup Ensure accurate labeling, documentation, and timely dispatch Front Office & Reception Greet visitors and answer incoming phone calls Serve as the first point of contact for dental offices Maintain a clean, organized front desk and packing area Email & Communication Respond to emails from dental offices promptly and professionally Provide updates on case status, turnaround times, and scheduling Coordinate with the lab team to relay important information General Office Support Maintain office supplies and inventory Assist with scheduling, filing, and basic administrative tasks Support smooth daily workflow across the lab Requirements Strong communication skills (phone + email) Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Basic computer skills (invoicing software experience is a plus) Friendly, professional, and dependable Dental or orthodontic experience is helpful but not required —we will train the right person Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunities for growth as the lab expands #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Dentalogics, Inc.
