WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Answer inbound calls/emails/texts and resolve policy questions with empathy and accuracy Process policy changes and respond to billing questions Support claims reporting and follow up to ensure timely communication Document every interaction in our agency management/CRM system Identify opportunities to improve coverage and connect customers with a licensed producer when appropriate

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

0-1 year customer service experience (insurance preferred, not required) Strong phone presence, clear writing skills, and high attention to detail Comfort juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Willingness to obtain/maintain required insurance license(s). (We'll support training)
