Overview American Family Dentistry in Bartlett is looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in general dentistry. Must be available to work the following schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:45 a.m. – 5:15 p.m. Why Heartland Dental? Join an eight-person team that thrives on collaboration, communication, and community Our practice is located at 7519 HWY 64 in Bartlett, TN Minimum Qualifications Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology 1+ years of experience working in the dental field Dental assistant certification Excellent communication and organizational skills The position will have access to minimum PHI necessary for performing job-related functions; regular HIPAA training, aligning with the specific role and responsibilities, will be required; and the individual will need to protect PHI and maintain data safeguards. Preferred Experience 3+ years of experience in a dental setting Dentrix or other dental software experience Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.
